Fully controlled synchronized rectifier control system deliver the optimum power efficiently within wide range of inputs which causes no damage in case of general system fluctuations up-to 10% +/- and also make it convenient to operate with D.G. set with higher power factor above 0.95.
Rectified D.C. Voltage is filtered through large iron core choke which control the rate of rise of current to any damageable extent and protect the system faster than any other circuit breaking devices used in electrical systems.
Current source parallel resonant inverter is configured to obtained the automatic full power tracking throughout the melt cycle hence lowering the melt time.

SINTERING PANEL & MULTI INVERTER SYSTEM
The power range in this system is 50kw to 1000kw. Power sharing is required when two or three furnaces from a single power supply source is used for melting, holding and sintering. In holding process power is shared from 10% to 100% at any melting crucible. This process is beneficial when the pouring process take a very long duration and in that period power utilization is nil. To utilize this power 10% power is applied to maintain the temperature of molten metal and balance 90% power is applied to another crucible.
In sintering process we can sinter the lining of another crucible at any time.
