MELTING COIL
Melting coil is made from electrolytic hollow coil to improve the water cooling of the coil itself and to cool down the linning not to damaged from the high temprature from the molten metal.
CAPACITORS
Medium frequency water cooled capacitor bank is provided the reactive current to the melting coil to maintain the resonance and hence improving the coil power factor.

Rugged construction of all the power control devices provided the better control over system to enhance the system reliability.
